Ht. 5'3'', Wt. 146 - For lunch I had a pb&j sandwhich with 2% milk. Is pb&j bad for you??

Try switching to Smuckers' All natural peanut butter. it has less fat and it comes in creamy and chunky!:-)

pb&j isn't that great, but you can make it better by switching to whole grain bread (if you dont already) get all natural peanut butter (its not processed like Skippy or other peanut butters) and all natural jelly (it had a lot less sugar in it) and also orcy was right on the milk think.. 2% isn't bad thats all my family drinks, but i only use it in cereal and what not so if your drinking glass fulls and stuff i would switch or drink water instead

peanut butter is fattening but its good to have a little sometimes, if you had it on white bread thats bad because its all refined carbs and stuff which is bad. and you should switch to fat free or 1% milk.
