And I do crunches(really really good for you), about 100.(which isn't as bad as it sounds). A really really good thing to do is eat breakfast everyday!!! try to eat smaller meals. Basically just watch it. Excellent Breakfast thing: 1/2 cup unfiltered apple juice 1/4 cup ice 1/2 cup plain, nonfat yogurt 1/2 cup cubed papaya 1/2 cup sliced strawberries 1 tablespoon toasted wheat germ 1/2 scoop whey protein powder Mix all the ingredients in a blender until smooth. Its awesome. and the whey, and wheat stuff you can get at health stores and organic food stores. I act and my veiwpoints teacher told me about this. Its completely safe i swear! good luck!
Reply from Christine, Age 13 - 08/02/05 - IP#: 200.63.250.xxx well,u can try the special k diet. replace the cereal for two meals and eat a ceasear salad that would really work! u can also workout with dumbells they're really cheap at farmacies, and u won't only loose the wieght u will gain muscle. it seems like we have something in common my school also starts on the 29th and my goal is to loose 20 pounds.
