Ht. 5'2, Wt. 120 - well i'v elost a lot of wieght but i seem to wiegh more in the scale i gained a lot of muscle working out and right now i feel more confident. but i still got to loose some weight either i go down in the scale or i get a healthy figure, please tell me what i can do!

First of all it doesn't matter what your weight is as much as your BMI(body mass index). this measures the actual amount of fat on you. for a 13/14 year old the good BMI is 19-20. You figure out your BMI by: 1.)Divide your weight in pounds by your height in Inches. 2.)divide the answer from step one by your height in inches 3.)multiply your answer from step 2 by 703. there's your bmi. If your Bmi is anywhere from 21-25 you are overweight. So concentrate on getting your BMI to a healthy 19.5. Once there try to eat healthy. Oh and NO DIET SODA. its actually fattening. Just as bad as regular soda. If you can't live without it try Crystal Clear. Its flavored fizzy water. its actually really good.
