Ht. 66", Wt. 155 - Hey!
ok so i'm fat
well not completely but i am overweight by 30 pounds. I don't look bad(not to sound conceited) because my weight basically spreads evenly. Anyways does anyone know how to get rid of fat thighs? I already do crunches, pushups, suicides(bycicle thing), walk 3 miles, run 1/2 a mile. but they won't go away! i'm starting highschool in 2 weeks at a school where no one knows me. i don't want to be known throughout my freshman year as fatty or wutever. Anything else i can do for my legs? i'm on 1400 calorie diet but the thighs won't go away. soo any suggestions?

If you eat 1,400 cals. a day youll maintain the same weight

Maybe you could try running a bit more, eventually get to the point where you are running the 3 miles, instead of walking it. I run three miles a day, and it feels great when you finish it!!! Good luck

maybe try doing 1300 cals instead. just reducing it by 100 will really work off in the end.

Do you do squats and lunges 2? they don't reduce fat, but they will tighten the muscles

Hey, I have the same problem. I don't really need to lose from my upper body it's just from my lower body. I'm doing biking and everything but I'm stumped as what to do. Can anyone help us?
