Ht. 5'1, Wt. 141.8 - i had spegettie and 1/2 a hogie and 2 glasses of tea (suger free) at (9:30 picific time)and i fell really full. i had maby a 1/2 a cup of the spegettie maby less. its 12:30 now. should i fell hungey?

you probably just ate to much in the beggining but dont eat until your hungry otherwise you wont feel good at all and it sucks

yeah, you should eat every three hours- 4 hours. never go more than 4 hours
