Ht. 5'1, Wt. 170 goal:150 - WHAT exercises that will make your stomach flater!!!!! i need to manely loose weight in my stomach help :(

You can't spot reduce fat, in other words, only get rid of fat on ur stomach. You just have to lower all of your body's fat. Doing crunches will only build your stomach muscles, not burn much fat. So do cardio exercizes (running, biking, swimming...) to get rid of the fat. And do stomach exercizes do build the muscles. I have a 15 minute Denise Austin stomach workout video, and it's great, so maybe you would be interested in buying a video...it deffinately is worth it.

do cardio to burn off the fat and then do different types of things.. not just crunches.. leg lifters.. an exersizing ball pilaties stuff
