Ht. 5'3'', Wt. 155 - today i was sooo stupid and sprained my ankle at camp!! now i can't do excercises and stuff because of my ankle so i can't burn calories! any ideas of being able to still lose weight?

well eat healthy, but you can prob. do upper body strength training (lifting weights and stuff) so atleast youll be doing something

try upper body excersizes like lifting weights it will really help your arms. Good Luck
