Ht. 5'4, Wt. 159 - Hello everyone! Does anyone Keep a food Diary? I have been doing so since Sunday and yes it is hard to update but it works! With my food diary it makes it easy for me to point out when I get the urge to eat certain foods and what foods I tend to eat that I shouldnt. It also helps with portion control, seeing how much I ate visually really helps. Anybody else have any other tips? Peaces chicas and chicos!
