Ht. 5'6, Wt. 148 - Hi Guys! Once again i am not losing ANY weight whatsoever. more like that fact that i am freaking gaining it because of all the barbeques i go to and parties. Its always so nice out but i can never get any motivation to go out and excercise. im always soo freaking lazy. does anybody have any tips on how i can start excercising regularly? i really wanna lose around 10 pounds by the time school starts again. (September 7) PLEASE HELP!! any diets or excercising tips are appreciated lol.

Or you can exericse outside in the early morning or late in the evening..just get out there and do it, make no exuses, just put on your sneakers and say, im leaving to go exercise!!
