Ht. 5'5, Wt. 165 - My name is Nicole and im new here I really need advice to how I could lose weight. I am so upset on how I let my body get this way. I wake up every morning look in the mirror and cry because I hate the way I look. Can somebody any body please give me some advice fast. Thanks

it's ok ur not alone now start excersise daily and eat light it's ok if u forget sometimes..just try to do it and u'll be losing weight in no time trying working out with dumbells they're cheap at local farmacies! and ya somedays u'll feel depressed but keep thinking if u workout and eat light u'll be thinner in no time!!! :P *~*Christine*~*

Alrightie...first of all, you need to make lifestyle change!!! Cut out sweets, fried foods..etc...put lots more veggies and fruits into your lifestyle ...eat whole grain carbs and make sure you are getting at least 3 serving of lowfat or non-fat dairy a day! And don't forget to exercise!! About 5 or 6 days a week do at least 1/2 hour of carido..(biking, running,walking, swimming, horseback riding, tennis, rollerblading, dancing or even just acting like a manaic and running around the house and doing chores!!) You will have fun and feel great about yourself! Dont be depressed by looking at yourself each day and being bummed..be glad that you are alive and that you in fact have a body that can do so many things and embrace each day!! I hope I helped!! Stay strong the first couple of weeks can be tough, but if you put your mind to it you can do anything!! Best of luck to you!! Keep us posted!! -heather**
