Ht. 5'8, Wt. 160 - Every single day I always say...today i am going to good then i fail. So i say, tommaro i am going to do good. then i fail again. Its like a never ending circle!!! What do i do? Please help it seems like i can never get on track!!

Reply from Chelsea, Age 13 - 08/04/05 - IP#: 64.12.116.xxx OMG I am the same way but i finaaly got on track by just thinking about how i really wanna lose weight and if i keep messin up that i am not gonna lose but gain and i will just get sad again and try to diet again and mess up again and get sad again and just do it over and over. And so it kinda got me on track u should but a picture a someone that is what u wanna look like if u r going for a skinny look put a pic of that perskon on the cabent or on the frige or booth so when u go to get some food that u know that u shouldnt u will see that and make urself stop becuase u know tht u will never look like that if u eat all this stuff. I hope taht i helped lol

I'd be like,"today my diet starts! im gonna eat healthy" and then i screw it up and say, "tomorrow...tomorrow it starts." heres the thing dieting and changing your eating habits WILL NOT WORK if you're not in the right mind frame. it will not. period. you must get focused. i say...if you can stick to a good diet for 3 days....youre going to be focused enough and feel really great to continue eatingg the way you are SO 3 DAY CHALLENGE! 3 days and i bet you won't wanna feel guilty anymore for eating junk a moment on the lips a lifetime on the hips!
