Ht. 5'7", Wt. 160.8 - ok, so i did sorta badish today..mmm yeahh...ok so brek: kashi bar (170 calories) corn muffin (oops) no idea how many cals...lunch: chix ceasar salad from panera bread with the bread it came with (has 500 calories, but i only ate like 3/4 and i took off the croutons and didnt eat the cheese) then i had a m+m cookies..eekers.. for dinner im either having swordfish or a kashi meal bar. .. im gonna run a mile today and i was walking straight for about 6 hours down town. what do you guys think? (yes heather, im sure you beat me today)

Well i think that if u have been doing good all the other days then u derserve a day taht u can kinda eat like this and if u were doing good all the other days then i dont think that this will hurt u. Good luck
