Ht. 5'6, Wt. 280 - Hi,my name is Jennifer and yes I am overweight,i've attempted to lose weight but always brushed it off,I am motivated now...but I need some advice,because I want to lose 30 pounds at a time,cause they say take the weight off slowly...my actual goal is to be 130 but I would be happy at 160 or 170,I just need meal ideas that are healthy and easy to make,if anyone knows anything,please give me some advice,I also do the Denise Austin Blast Awat 10 Pounds tape,I did lose 10 pounds with it a while back but I gained it back so it is affective,I was thinking of doing the exercise tape twice a day..anything to lose weight,any advice? please comment Good luck to everyone else also :)

(this helps u kno what ur bodys like, how long it takes to turn food into energy, so u dont let it get wasted into excess fat. GOOD LUCK
