Ht. 5'7", Wt. 160.8 - Hey guys :) ok so as i posted lastn ight, i did horrible yesterday. i've been doing so good the past few days, but i went out with my friends and totally messed up. i know that i didnt have anymore then like, 2500 calories though.. but, yesterday morning i weighed 160.8..now today (i no, i weigh myself every moring) i was 163.6..I deff. couldnt have gained 3 lbs .. so its just water weight right?? and will i lose it by next week? i hope so ..oh , and the scale was always in the same place and i wasnt wearing clothes and all that both times
Reply from brooklyn, Age 15 - 08/05/05 - IP#: 67.0.100.xxx if this is the same orcy, which i think it is, you are so great, you always comment on everyones thing and give great advice so heres some for you. i can defently relate to that scale thing. i am obbsessed with my scale. i asked for it for christmas 2004 and my scale works really well, it even measures body fat but i relized scales arnt perfect and when i first got it i weighed my self ever 10 minutes for an hor or two and i kept changing .8 or .4 lbs. then i weighed my slef every moring and i was 2 or 3 or 4 lbs diffenret. electronic sclaes were made for wighing yourself once a month. I READ MY OWNERS MANUAL! lol and if you keep doing thins o your self, you ll get discouraged if you are even .1 of a lb heavier. i want you to succeed so pick a date how about the 5th(today?) write down your weighht and weight your self next on september 5th!
