Reply from nikki, Age 17 - 08/05/05 - IP#: 24.141.43.xxx just by switching ur breakfast every mornign with a healthy cereal like that can make u loose weight. think the kellogs challenge or w/e it is. my grandma lost weight off that and i started having routine meals with w/e i want for dinner it helps sooo much cuz u dont feel pressure to have bad food. u just know u gotta have that bran for breakvast.. and like fruit salad and sandwhich for lunch u knwo? good luck :)
