Ht. 5'6, Wt. 280 Goal:180 - Hey again everyone...today so far I think I did pretty good. Breakfast I had a small bowl of froot loops and a baked biscut for lunch I had 1 double cheese burger from McDonalds,yes I know it was bad but i'm going to try to exercise twice today...how did I do so far?,and at the moment I don't know what i'm making for dinner,any ideas?? please reply

what u ate is perfect for maintaining a healthy weight. skiny people eat that all the time. but... if u really wanna loose weight bad enough thats not the kinda food thats gunn a speed things up. but im sure u knew that. good luck though! :)

fruit loops are sugary, baked biscuits usually have loads of fat, and you already no the cheeseburger was bad. try and do better tomorrow..your not doing awful though! good luck!!

if you want to lose fat, stay away form all red meat for as long as your on your diet and then have it once a week at most. fish chicken sea food turkey all good
