Ht. 5'7", Wt. 160.8 - ok howd i do today. i no it wasnt my best but i think it was ok..anyway
brek: kashi cereal, 1/2 cup fruit (290 calories)
lunch: salad w/ tuna (250 calories)
snack: 100 cal pack (100 cals)
dinner: 2 mini wheat bagel pizzas (425 calories)
so basically i had 1065 cals today, and ill prob. have sugar free jello yesterday..
its raining now, but ill prob. run a mile later or play a little tennis, and i already swam a little today
howd i do?
