Ht. 5'8, Wt. 165 - Hey guys, ive read a lot of helpful stuff on this but this is my first time posting. Over the last like 3 months ive been able to lose about 10 pounds just by eating a healthy diet, about 1200 calories a day. But I have another 5 weeks until school starts and I want to lose 5-10 pounds by starting to exercise a bit too(im really lazy right now lol) so I was just wondering if any of you have any tips on much excercise I should be doing daily, like how many minutes of cardio? I dont really like jogging or running so i would prefer to walk but I dont know for how long. Any tips would be great, thanks!! Good luck everyone!

well my trainer at the gym says n e thing that keeps you heart rate ubove normal works...walking is actually better...u can keep it up longer than running and jogging...also jump roping is good...so walk at least a half an hour...its good if you have a friend to do it with you...just do it at a fast walking pace...i started to pilates earlier in the year...it works...but you have to be consistant...i was looking good...then i quit...you can look up routines on the internet too...its a low impact workout...good for us lazy people...lol...if you need n e help...im me on aim...materialistic07
