Ht. 5'8, Wt. 170 - Hey guys!! So my mom found a recipe and it sounds really good! I have not tried it but I might make it tonight so I can let you know tomorow. Anyways here it is Ingredients: [[2 1/2 cups tomato or vegetable juice]] [[1 cup peeled, seeded, finely chopped fresh tomatoes][[1/2 cup finely chopped celery]] [[1/2 cup finely chopped cucumber]] [[1/2 cup finely chopped green bell pepper]] [[1/2 cup finely chopped green onion]] [[3 tablespoons white wine vinegar]] [[2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil]] [[1 large clove garlic, minced]] [[2 teaspoons finely chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley]] [[1/2 teaspoon salt]] [[1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce]][[1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper]]
Directions:
Combine all the ingredients in a large glass or stainless steel bowl. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Serve cold.
