Ht. 5'8, Wt. 170 - hey again...do any of you know if the thing on a treadmill that says how many calories you've burned is accurate? I was wondering because mine says that for every mile I walk, I burn like 150 calories, and when I calculate it on the internet it says I should only be burning around 110 but I think this might be because my treadmill has a tiny incline, so does anyone know? thanks!

I'm pretty sure the treadmill should be more acurate but i'm not totally sure. I'd probably go with the treadmill. Good luck! *Sammy*

the treadmill is pretty acyrate, but it all depends on the weight and incline. i trust my treadmll thouh
