Ht. 5'6, Wt. 280 Goal:180 - Hey everyone.Today for breakfast I had twp slices of bacon on the George Forman grill,a very small portion of grits and 1 egg,with a slice of wheat toast,I really think I should skip lunch today.Any ideas? for lunch and dinner??

Skipping meals is horrible for weight loss lol, and your breakfast didnt sound THAT bad, the egg and whole wheat toast is great..its just the bacon thats fattening even though its like the best thing ever...but go for a healthy lunch like some fruit and just a sandwich on whole wheat bread. Even though you think you screwed up, skipping lunch will only makes things worse because you will be hungrier later and more likely to binge. Hope I helped :)
