Ht. 5'8, Wt. around 180lbs - well ive got 4 weeks and 3days until i am back at school, summer is just getting better and today i brought my school trousers i was well happy and plus it motivates me not to put any weight on but to roughly stay the same but tone up. What methods do people know to tone asses and thighs up like in around 3 weeks to notice a dif - cuz am going to be wearing a bikini whilst in ibiza! please post

Well you can do exercises like running, jogging, or just plain old walking at a fast pace. Those all will do the trick for you. They also will help to tone your stomache a bit too! Good luck! *Sammy*

PILATES!!! i used to do it all the time...then i got lazy...but in like 2 weeks theres a noticable difference...the sequence is called the side kick series...i dunno...maybe if you searched the internet you could find like a demonstration...good luck!!
