Ht. 5'4'', Wt. 151 - I really want to get in shape for the upcomming school year but I only have three weeks and a day to do it! People tell me i'm not fat but I'm really not comfterble with my body, and none of my friends have a body like me, they're all tiny and super skinny, and i've never been like that befoure and I really want to. I looked on the weight calculator and it said I have a risk of becoming overweight when I get older and I want to change that. Ever since kindergarden a lot of class mates would whisper things as i walked by like, "oh my god look at how fat she is!" or "ew she should go exersize more she's never going to get a boyfriend." The truth is i've never actually had a boyfriend except for 2 times. I have an idea for a daily exersize plan and thats to do 50 laps around my pool, do yoga, ride my bike 15 miles, and do 200 crunches and 100 push ups. It may seem like a lot, but i'm really motivated and i'm going to push myself as high as I can to accomplish my goal. I'm also not going to eat any foods that contain fat/grease and try to stick to drinking just water. Does anyone have any other tips?

That sounds like an awesome plan! However be careful not to do to much at once. Not only do you run a risk of hurting your body you run a risk of getting fed up quickly and stopping.

what others think (or assume) don't matter. the most important thing is feeling comfortable in your own body :) but if you really wanna lose i suggest you make changes to your diet gradually.
