Ht. 5'6, Wt. 147 - healthy and yummy food favourites. (ive lost 3 pounds in my first week yay!) (if u dont care dont read it lol)
lunch/dinner
*2 eggs on toast, side serving melon
*tomato on toast with salt and pepper and low fat mayo (favourite yum!)
*soup and crackers w/side salad
*pita! w/ cheese tomato lettuce (tofu) its good honest.
*omlet. (scramble 2 eggs w/ spices ex. paprika salt pepper, fill inside with tomato, cheese if u want)
*grilled chicken and vegies.
** u can pretty much eat what u want if u dont over eat it. but to speed up the weight loss im trying not to eat junk. if this helped anyone with food suggestions then i feel satisfied. good luck everyone!!
