Ht. 5'6, Wt. 280 Goal:180 - Hey everyone,hope everyone is doing good today,but today so far I think i'm doing well even though my older brother treated all of our family to breakfast at Bob Evans (just another Dennys) and I ate a senseable breakfast so now i'm thinking for lunch make another Tuna sandwhich on wheat,with alot of water and for dinner i'm thinking of whatever my dad makes but very very small with a salad on the side,and for exercise i'm thinking,just situps/curl ups,jumping jacks,any other ideas for excersises?? please reply

taht sounds really good. just do w/e workout u can until u cant anymore. its better than counting how many u do cuz u dont wanna hurt urself. ur doing great! :)
