Ht. 5'6, Wt. 250 - HELP!!!!

I don't know how to eat or excise I always say I am going to go on a diet but then i don't.....can someone help me.

Well what you should start with is drinking at least 8 8oz glasses of water a day. Then you need to start adding in fruits and veggies. You also need to make sure you get 3 servings of dairy and a little bit of protein. For exercise, you can buy tapes or you can just go outside and run or walk. Just get up and do something that makes you move (like dancing). Good luck! *Sammy*

drink water, soda water, and milk only. eat vegetables, fruits, whole wheat breads, lean meats, etc. do cardio like 4 times a week and strength training 3 times a week (approx.) good luck!
