Ht. 5'7", Wt. 160.8 - ok howd i do..brek: kashi cereal (190 cals) lunch: lean pocket, carrot sticks (350 calories) snack: a plum, 1 serving of wheat thins (reduced fat) (170 calories) ..ill post later what i had for dinner. how do you think i did so far?
