Ht. 5'6", Wt. 190 - ummmm......about gum. Im WAY addicted (lol) and I know its not great to chew on it that much so any other suggestions so as to have something in my mouth that I wont regret later on?

Brush your teeth more often - it makes your teeth feel great, and your mouth will enjoy it - Side benefit your dental hygeine improves.

actually sugar free gum is great! if you chew it like, all the time it can prevent you from eating more, and all that chewing boosts your metabolism to lose an additional 11 lbs a year!!

Well actually, gum is good for keeping your metabilism running..you just need to chew sugar free gum. Hope i helped and also, great job on the exercising! Good luck! *Sammy*

Oh and Im SOOOOOOOOO proud of myself! I just did 2 miles like this: run 1/4 powerwalk 1/4 run 1/4 powerwalk 1/4 etc. My time for 1 was 11 min!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
