Ht. 5'8, Wt. 170 - WOW! I had to share this with you all as soon as possible! My mom had her old freind from work over today for dinner. She used to be rather heavy, when she walked throught the door my jaw dropped. She looks fantastic! I aksed her how she did it;; She drank 3 to 5 cups of green tea a day. She had it hot in the morning, then large waterbottle full at lunch. Hot again with dinner and then once more before bed. She walked 5km a day to work and ran 4km three times a week. Running plus drinking tea for four weeks she lost 45 pounds!!!!!! I never believed tea worked but shes walking proof! She looks gorgeous! xoxo

Reply from Elizabeth, Age 14 - 08/08/05 - IP#: 68.90.77.xxx i tried that green tea stuff at starbucks today and it was nasty! i couldn't finish it(i'm glad i didn't, starbucks is not the place to go while on a diet) it had way too much sugar. maybe it's me but i think green tea tastes better with none or only a little bit of sugar.p.s. here are some ways to have green tea in your diet; hot green tea in the morning, green tea/ kiwi slushie or smoothie, green tea icecream (use lowfat icecream and put a little bit of dry green tea powder into it and mix), iced green tea, and homemade green tea popsicles (never tried them , i just thought of it). good luck on your weight loss!
