Ht. 5'7", Wt. 159.2 - ok howd i do so far brek: kashi cereal and 1/2 a cantaloupe (290 Calories) lunch: lean pocket, carrot sticks (350 calories) and i dont have time for a snack because were having a really early dinner.. for dinner im having turkey burgers and corn on the cob..also probably pasta salad and macaroni salad..im only gonna have one turkey burger this time, and skip the macaroni salad.. ill limit it to 500 calories..how do you think i did?

Reply from orcy, Age 14 - 08/08/05 - IP#: 68.0.210.xxx ok dinner..1 turkey burger with cheese on a roll (about 275 calories) and corn on the cob (150 calories) and baked chips (75 calories) .. so i was pretty much right on target with the 500 calories..also it was a lot less then i usually eat (normall id have 2 turkey burgers, corn, twice the chips, and pasta salad and macaroni salad)
