Reply from angie, Age 15 - 08/08/05 - IP#: 24.86.11.xxx k well to lose 30 pounds start eating a healthy diet, replace junk food and stuff with vegetables, fruit, lean meat like chicken and tuna..replace your drinks that u have everyday with water or diet soda(that is a very important step) and if u already do cardio trying doing a bit more everyday. If you cut 500 calories a day, you can lose 30 pounds in about 5 months, its better if u take it slow cuz then u can keep it off and cutting 500 calories may seem hard but its actually not. Every snack u have in the day, make it fruit! Hope i helped, good luck!
