Ht. 5'6'', Wt. 151 - Okay, heres the deal. A while back I lost a lot of weight, 22 pounds to be exact going from 165 to 143. But over the past 2 months I have gained nearly a pound a week back and I'm starting to worry. I just had to come back to just tell you whats going on, and what I should do to stop and/or reverse my gain. I've come so far, I don't want to loose it!

you could be gaining muscle and still be losing fat. otherwise count your calories for a few days and see if your eating more than you think..

Hey...just by cutting 500 calories a day, or cutting 250 cals and burning 250 with exercise, you can lose 1 pound a week. I would just do that because its the simplest way lol..so cut cals by replacing snacks with fruit and drinking more water and just getting a bit more exercise everyday. Good luck
