Ht. 5*3, Wt. 140 - hey how did i do today...lunch-hotdog with white bread ketchup,mustard and tea.... dinner-half a steak with fried potatoes and water... 9.00pm-bowl of capin crunch cereal....

uhh well you didnt do that good. hot dogs are really bad for you and rolls can have lots of calories and if its white bread then it has refined carbs/sugars..fried potatos..wouldnt they be french fries?? well basically there fried and made full of fat..and steak can have a lot of calories if you eat to much of it..also captain crunch cereal is really sugary and stuff..do better next time..good luck!
