Ht. 5'7", Wt. 159.2 - ugh.. ok..im gonna stop weighing myself everyday. like, i need to stop it gets me to depressed. im only weighing myself every monday...and im gonna stop counting calories and start "eating healthy" coutning calories i usally end up eating to little..and i "forget" to count things that are bad sometimes..eating healthy you cant "forget" anything..ok, hopefully i can do this

Definitely eat healthy but now and again if you're craving something have a little...just odn't go overboard. If you eat too healthy all the time your body gets use to it and you stop loosing weight. So have that little bit of chocolate or butter or something to keep your metabolism going!!! Goodluck!!!
