Ht. 5'6, Wt. 183 - hey guys! Ok um guys I really want to lose weight. I was looking in the mirror doing my hair when I realized, hey im really good lookin. I just need to lose 30 lbs and I'd be SO FREKIN HOT. lol not to be boastful or anything, its just please I have lots of female friends lol and I talk to them all the time and I think some of them would like me...more than a friend if I lost some weight. I'm looking for an actual diet or plan that works. I ride my bike everyday for like 1-2 miles. I dont want people to respond and be like, "Just eat right". What I really want is a wheight buddy (preferably a female lol) to email and to help me out. Ok well plz plz plz write back I NEED HELP! p.s. and im really good at basketball but I would seriously be so so awsome like the best ever if I got in shape and lost some weight. ty!!

Confidence is good but when u over do it, it no longer is confidence it becomes pride! to be honest as a female i wouldn't want to b your friend i would probably pretend to be because i would feel bad for u and wouldn't want to be mean,but deep down i wouldn't want u as a friend and i wouldn't want anything with u that goes beyond friendship! and yea eat right!:)

Wow, your confidence amazes me. REally. Well, you can lose weight just playing/practicing for basketball. Instead of snacking, play basketball...or ride your bike. 1-2 miles isn't really enough. RUNNING 1-2 miles might help. ^.^ Karine ^.^
