Ht. 5'6, Wt. 155 - hi every1 i really wanna loose 10 pds by october..or even tone my abs n thighss those are the only parts of my body i cant stand..n im starting to get stretch marks on my thighss ehh i hate it. i run cross country..but idk wht it even works..please help me..i wanna be toned

You should try the basic things such as sit-ups, crunches, and leg-lifts, for your abs. Start out low and work your way up, you WILL see results. As for your legs, try walking and running more, and maybe try doing squats at home. Good luck! I know you can do it!
