Reply from Cally, Age 17 - 08/10/05 - IP#: 24.5.153.xxx It really depends on your measurements, but from personal experience (I am 5'4'', 152) when i lost 15 lbs I went down one pant size and lost about 2.5 inches from my waist. So maybe, 10 lbs for every pant size?
