Ht. 5'1, Wt. --- - Hey i heard this really works this girl tryed it and she lost 15 pounds int two weeks! what u do is eat cornflakes and some milk but enough for u not too much...and have a healthy lunch not too much fat~~and then if u get hungry eat fruit just fruit nothing don't give in to the urge just eat any fruit if u get hungry!
