Ht. 5'4, Wt. st. 185 now 168 - yay i did good today.. Bf i had a banana .. lunch i had a huge bowl of steamed brocolli and carrots, with about 1/2 cup of teriaki chicken (a very heathly kind) (200 cals) then i had a plum for snack. then for dinner i had french toast on whole grain bread with a lil bit of syrup and a banana about (500 cals.) Im under cals i know but im full and if i get hungry i'll just eat some carrot sticks.. :) goood luck everyoneeeeeee <3

wait, thats only 700 cals...u have to eat at least 1200 cals...good wit the fruits n veggies tho

yeah very good job with the fruit and vegetables, but make sure you dont go TOO much under 1200 calories!
