Ht. 5"6, Wt. start: 350 now:346 - I LOST FOUR POUNDS! okay, heres what i did: i ate a veggie burger for dinner, had salad on the side w/ lowfat dressing. for a snack, i had raw vegetables, such as celery, carrots, etc. i borrowed my moms old weight watchers excersise video tapes, went swimming for an hour a day, and did 100 crunches a day. i feel so good, and i think i can accomplish anything now! thanks!!!!

u can buy veggie burgers at publix or wal-mart or sams!

did u eat breakfast or lunch? and how long did u eat that till you lost weight?
