Ht. 5 8.5', Wt. *** - oh ya..and dose anyone know how to lose a pound in a day? I heard you have to burn all the calories you take in, but but I read somewhere that said you only have to burn atleast 250 calories. Im confused!

Ok..now i hope i dont confuse you lol. In a pound, there are 3500 calories. So that means, you could do either of these..you could burn 250 cals working out (go to caloriesperhour.com to see how many you would burn) and then take away 250 calories from your BMR (you can find your BMR on that same site..BMR means the amount of calories you would burn not doing anything at all from your metablism) or you could cut out 500 calories from your BMR (don't do that unless you have a BMR higher than 1700 cuz you need at least 1200 calories a day). Like 185..i know im a little over weight, but cause of my bone structure it dosnt seem like..i look like im like a lot lighter
