Ht. 4' 11" , Wt. 263 - hey everyone i really need help loosing weight I have a 43 and a half inch waist and my BMI is 53.2. I have tried most every low carb diet and fad diet. Ive tried preatty much all online diets and ive tried ones i made up on my own. If anyone has some tips or wants to im me my im is YamahaSnw.
