Ht. 5'3", Wt. 211.5 Goal:145 - I think that we should stop criticising other peoples diets, cause if it is working for them, then great!!! Even though you may think that people on thier "fad diet" will gain all thier weight back quickly (you may or may not be correct), you should keep that opinion to yourself and let the person figure out on thier own cause it's thier body! I think we should all be supportive of others on this message board, cause we are all in the same type of situation.

And people were saying mean things to Dan, they were saying that after he goes off of his 500-800 cal. a day diet that he will gain all his weight back. Personally, I consider that a little harsh, and everyone was getting into a big argument about it. STUPID!!! I just wanted to see if poeple agreed with me that we should all be respectful of each other, but you two didn't seem to. I guess that's all I can expect from 13 year olds!

IT'S RETARDED!!! No one is gonna change Dan's mind about the tuna diet not having lasting results, cause it's working for him. I will agree that the tuna diet doesn't sound healthy AT ALL, but you just aren't gonna change his mind. That's the point I was trying to get across with my post, but no one seems to realize that. And you can't save someone else from ruining thier body by using harsh words. In the word of Napoleon Dynamite: "You guys are retarded" and are "idiots!!!".
