Ht. 5-6, Wt. 260 :( - Everyone says to not be fat all u have to do is not eat and exercise: well as im sure some of u kno, its just not that simple! Some, maybe even most, overweight people become overweight when they're young. Some people just have bigger bones; maybe all they could do was watch tv or something. We all should have tried harder to not get overweight, but we did. And we need to stop thinking of it as "Gee, all I have to do is exercise and stop eating bad" like its a snap! I know u guyss kno its a lot harder than that. Im used to eating what i want when i want, and, i know this sounds stupid, but i feel like crying from frustration at the fact that everyone else around me can eat what they want whenever they want. I just want to be skinny, and I know that I have to get moving and stuff, but its so hard! Does anyone have any tips please please please respond if u do!, and please lets all remember that it is sooo much harder than not eating and exercising Im sorry i just had to say that, and its not anything anyone said here, its just thats all u hear everywhere byeas~~~~Amyie

I can not even begin to tell you how right you are! I've tried drinking atleast 1 leter of water and walking 2 miles dayly i shaved of 6 lbs within the first week! No joke!

The concept of weight-loss is incredinly simple: Eat less, excercise more. This is, however, easier said then done.

oh my gosh, it is really good to hear someone say that, i totally agree... i think one of the true ways to slim down AND keep it off is to make little changes every once and a while, you know? Like so many people say "my diet starts tomorrow" and that is so unrealistic. Being proud of yourself for taking a walk or saying no to a dessert every once and a while is what works in the long run. good luck.
