Ht. 5'6, Wt. 159... sadly. - okay you guys i need help!! I just got a new boy friend and i am sooo happy. lol. hes a great guy i mean he likes me for me and not how i look but His birthday party is coming up around the 23rd.. soon i kno! um im really really wanting to lose weight for myself before then. if thats even possible. Im gonna eat 1200 cals a day and do 250 crunches, is that enough excersize? Oh and if i do all of this can any one give me a guess-timation of weight i can lose? thanks.

yeah, i agree with clifford, you need to add cardio.

u need to add cardio such as walking jogging jumping jacks taebo or something biking to get ur heart reate moving so u can burn fat with that u may loose only weight from maybe giving up junk or less food but that weight will come back on u need to do the cardio and if u do cardio and the crunches for toning and eat right u could loose 2 pounds a week and maybe go down a size by the time school starts
