Ht. 5'5, Wt. s:185 n:165 g:145 - Ok..so how do you think i did today so far? Breakfast:Small bowl of Smart start soy protien cereal w/ fat free milk (250 calories). Snack:Apple. Lunch:Apple, Frozen dinner (170 calories). And right now i'm eating my dessert for the day which is half a cup of soy ice cream (150 calories). How do you think i did? Im gonna have around 350 or 400 calories for dinner and 8 glasses of water. Also i'm gonna do aerobics and pilates.

that is really great as long as u get cardio in there ull definitely loose weight maybe even 2 pounds a week so keep up the good work

Oh yeah..and if i get hungry before dinner, i'm gonna have some fruits or veggies.
