Ht. 4'11", Wt. 140 - If I walk 5 miles every day, do 150 crunches, and 150 leg lifts, and have 16 glasses of water and stick to a 1200 calorie diet, how much wieght do you think I could lose by september 8th?

Reply from clifford, Age 16 - 08/14/05 - IP#: 64.136.27.xxx u could loose like 8 pounds 2 pounds a week and if u start to get bored with waling 5 miles switch uo jog a mile walk a mile and just switch it up it will help u burn more fat but yea 1200 cals sounds good and every thing else sounds good but only drink 8-10 glasses like the other person said.....good luck and by end of september u could be 14 pounds and maybe down a size and member that if u start to not be loosing right a journal and write down everything u eat and all the excercise u do maybe ur messy up with out noticing and if ur not up the cardio to maybe 5 miles and taebo or something like biking too.... good luck sorry this is long
Reply from emmie, Age 15 - 08/14/05 - IP#: 86.133.139.xxx be careful on the water intake, cuz u can overdose on water (100-200 oz, depending on body type)flushes out your electrolytes and sends you into a waterloading coma. A severe electrolyte imbalance causes a heart attack, and, in some cases, death. nd i dont think u wana die! try just 8-10 glasses a day. but otherwise, sounding good good luck!
