Ht. ??, Wt. ?? - ok so its august 14th!! skool goes bak on 16th so i have 1 and a half days of the summer holidays left :( omg its went sooooo fast! at the start of the summer i promised myself that i would b at least 10lbs lighter by now! *sighs* i am actually the same weight now as i was then (140) im not goin 2 go mad at myself for not losin weight i mean at least i didnt put on any even tho i was probably eating a lot more junk!! i have the sort of body that i can put on like 2-3lbs very easily and lose 2-3lbs easy but then i cant lose anymore or gain anymore my body just stops and i end up back at my original weight! (iv bn around 130-140 for a year) sooo when i go back to school it will be much easier to contol what im eating (because u cant eat durin class) and hopefully i can cut out all the junk and eat 3 healthy meals a day! im not going to set a weight loss target bcos i dont particularly feel the need to lose a vast amount of weight, no one else need ever know how much i weigh BUT yea they can see your body so i am going to aim to look better not weigh less! if i tone up and build muscle and i look better then who cares if i havent lost that much weight! for anybody out there who does not medically need to lose weight (is not actually overweight) i know a lot of you are probably not happy with your bodies but why put urself on a diet?!? cutting out junk and drinkin water is not a diet. if you dont eat things that are bad for you (high fat/sugary foods)then you can eat 3 proper meals a day and if your body thinks you are storing too much fat you will lose it steadily as your body grows. this board is for teenagers rite so we're all still growin all those people who need 2 lose 10-15 lbs may find that they dont lose it but as they grow the extra weight is spread out across there bodies so u will look thinner even if you dont weigh any less!! sorry i no that was long but i felt the need 2 share it wif use!! lol xxx
