Ht. 5'0, Wt. 140 - hey! I have a plan for me and it's not a diet. I'm going to eat a healthy breakfast and a healthy dinner. and for lunch im not going to eat healthy im going to eat whatever i want (not like a couple donuts or candy or anything). and then a couple times a week I'm going to workout. how does that sounds?

because if i eat healthy all day i will never stick with the diet and explode and start eating whatever i want. plus i eat the school lunch and its unhealthy.

...why don't you just eat a healthy lunch too?
that doesn't sound very good. you could gain all your calories through lunch.
