Ht. ??, Wt. ?? - in between meals and stuff when you get a snack, or sumthing that makes you go to eat sumthing what is a good amount of calories for it to be 200?? less? more?

try not to pay so much attention to the calories, pick something high in fiber and protien, and listen to you body, stop when you arent hungry anymore. some days you may need less than 100, some days you may need 300 or more

I read that if you have a snack over 300 calories, then it is considered a meal. So as long as it's under 300, you're good!
